We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Yes, our community offers flexible rent payment options through Flex. This service allows residents to split their monthly rent into two payments, helping them pay on time, improve cash flow, and build credit history.

At Grand Ridge, all residents have access to free off-street parking. We offer covered detached garages for an additional charge of $80/month.
